Rose & Associates Southeast, Inc. was first founded in Connecticut in 1992 as a boutique firm of specialists providing real estate services to financial institutions, equity investors & developers in the analysis & completion of development projects. The firm relocated to North Carolina in 1999 and further expanded its services to include market feasibility & economic assessment studies; community & project visioning with strategic planning for projects of virtually any type & scope associated with land use, transportation & economic planning.
