The Inspiration behind Rose & Associates

In 1967, Robert E. Rose, home builder, developer & craftsman, took his family to the World's Fair, Man & His World exhibit at the US Pavilion in Montreal, Canada. There, he was inspired by R. Buckminster Fuller's geodesic dome & returned to Connecticut to embark on creating homes which considered the land & its relationship to built form.

In 1992, Kathleen Rose combined decades of experience as a development & real estate expert to build a real estate practice which assists public & private sector clients & financial institutions in the analysis & positioning of planning/development projects for social & economic sustainability.
